Carlisle, PA  The brand new Quakertown GIANT Food Store fuel station is scheduled to open on Wednesday, June 23 at 6:00 a.m. The new station is located within the parking lot of the Quakertown GIANT at 1465 West Broad Street.

The fuel station will have eight pumps, each with a Pay-at-the-Pump feature. For customer convenience, gas mitts to keep hands clean and waterless hand soap, in addition to free air, also will be available. GIANT gift cards can be purchased and redeemed at fuel sites including the new Quakertown fuel station.

"In addition to savings inside the store, our Quakertown customers will now be able to save at our fuel pumps," said Todd Woodring, store manager. "With our new fuel station, customers have the added convenience of redeeming their Gas Extra Rewards points right at their local Quakertown GIANT."

For every $100 spent on grocery and pharmacy out-of-pocket expenses at any GIANT using a BONUSCARD, customers will receive ten cents off per gallon of gas when they fill up. Points can be earned and redeemed now through June 26. The next promotion begins on June 27.
